1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi to join our team. The average hours are 30-35 per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule. This role involves various schedules including A1, A2, B, C, and D, requiring efficient stock handling, merchandise organization, and warehouse maintenance. The job necessitates collaboration with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include receiving incoming stock, sorting and loading merchandise, cleaning the warehouse, and participating in inventory counts. The ideal candidate must be 18 years of age or older, possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
