Warehouse Package Handler

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Shift Details

• 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products and provide input for process improvements.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate equipment effectively.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
