1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM start time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Sort and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Perform general cleaning duties, participate in warehouse inventory counts, and cooperate with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements, inspect product quality, and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
- Follow safety guidelines, notify management of issues, and perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Operate equipment according to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, walk throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures, operate powered industrial equipment.
