1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Your duties will include relocating merchandise in the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining cleanliness, and cooperating effectively with team members and management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, frequent movement of merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, both indoors and outdoors
