1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse and the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products and provide input to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
