1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving operational goals.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
