1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This is a full-time role with 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for product quality, safety, and collaborate effectively.
• Adaptable, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, perform physical tasks, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
