Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at up to $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness to ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
