We are currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
