1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with approximately 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and organizing products, and participating in warehouse inventory counts. In addition, you will collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and contribute to process improvements.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
