1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the role of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, unloading, and maintaining warehouse inventory while adhering to safety standards and guidelines. Your role will involve collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership, providing input for process improvements, and ensuring quality and efficiency in all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team environment, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and efficiency in executing warehouse tasks.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment
