1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour and approximately 30-35 hours per week. You will play a critical role in the warehouse by selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders efficiently. Other responsibilities include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, conducting inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist management in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
