1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with peers and leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean the warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
