1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Aldi is currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join their dynamic team. With a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule, this role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments to ensure timely delivery to stores. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently, demonstrate attention to detail, and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective communication.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and company policies.
• Capacity to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
