1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
