1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join the team at Aldi. This position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, cleaning and organizing the warehouse, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to maintain a high level of warehouse performance and safety standards. Additionally, you will demonstrate key competencies such as conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience in operating powered industrial equipment.
