Job Description

Join Aldi as a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler with a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, performing inventory counts, and cooperating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
