Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
