1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule. We are currently hiring for Schedule D and Schedule B.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Effective organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

This role involves lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, and operating equipment in varying temperatures.
