1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on the shift. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM, and various schedules are available to suit different preferences.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
