Job Description

We are currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling and distribution of merchandise to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
