Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team in fulfilling orders received from stores, ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
