1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
