Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the dynamic team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation in adherence to standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
