1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility, ensuring that products are received, stored, and prepared for shipment to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment and receipt.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately within company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
