1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in achieving budget goals and follow company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
