1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at ALDI. As part of the warehouse crew, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
