Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently handle incoming stock, relocate merchandise within the warehouse, and prepare shipments for delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
  • Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
  • Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
  • Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
  • Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
  • Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
  • Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
  • Work independently within the delegated area of responsibility.
  • Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
  • Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
  • Follow ergonomic program and established procedures.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Move merchandise and prepare products for delivery.
  • Sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
  • Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
