Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for efficient operations.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Act independently and assist in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
