Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour and includes various schedule options to fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize merchandise in the warehouse and prepare it for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Interact effectively with colleagues and provide input for process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and follow company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
