Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with basic arithmetic skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
