Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling and storage of merchandise in our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Organize merchandise strategically for shipment and unloading incoming shipments.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
- Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
- Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
- Inspect product quality and safety, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and safely operate warehouse equipment.
