1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards. If you are detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment, and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback on process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in variable temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
