1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are well stocked to meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
