1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at a competitive wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, your primary responsibilities will include selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with the warehouse team, provide input on process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of products up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical movement throughout the warehouse.
