1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse employees work less than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. You will undergo thorough training to ensure safety and success in your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Ability to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in various temperatures.
