1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and warehouse leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Independently make decisions within the designated area of responsibility.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
