Job Description

Aldi is seeking a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker with the potential to earn up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour. As a crucial member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for selecting, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory management. You will collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and ensure product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Inspect products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
