Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
