1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, your primary responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and work efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
