1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a full-time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00AM, and we are hiring for multiple schedules, including Schedule D, Schedule A2, and Schedule B. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, providing input to improve processes and ensuring product quality and safety. Additionally, you will operate equipment, follow safety guidelines, and report any issues to management. Job qualifications include being 18 years or older, demonstrating conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success. You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment.
