1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. Our warehouse employees work less than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering stock to our stores. You will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, achieving inventory accuracy, and collaborating effectively with your team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure warehouse safety and appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines while operating equipment.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and maintaining product quality standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
