1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
