1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's warehouse team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. This role requires physical agility, the ability to operate equipment safely, and a commitment to quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
