Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker. As a part-time warehouse stocker, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse operates in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, offering a dynamic environment for dedicated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership for effective warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical demands.
