1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the proper handling of products in our warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move and relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
