1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The role involves efficient stock selection, merchandise relocation, sorting and loading goods, warehouse cleaning, inventory management, and cooperation with peers and leadership. Additionally, the position requires adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards, as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organizes and executes efficiently, interprets company policies, communicates effectively, and performs basic arithmetic.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
