1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
