1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a key member of the warehouse staff, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment, ensuring strategic organization.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety or sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for working both independently and in a team environment.
