1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Perform various physical tasks in different temperature environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
